All new clients are required to reach out to schedule a video consultation,or if convenient send over a video of your hair. There is a $20 fee added for same day reschedules. Any rescheduled appointments 48hours prior to appointment will require another booking fee. I will cancel appointments if the fee isn’t submitted by 5pm on the day of your initial request to ensure my time is valued . Booking Fees are non-refundable unless I have to reschedule.
